Good or Bad? Let me explain

Great location with a clean environment and helpful staff. The hot breakfast was a good way to start the day, and the modern walk-in shower added a touch of luxury!

The rooms were a bit small so it felt cramped at times. Parking could get tight, yet thankfully we found a spot.

The breakfast was included and had a lot of meals.

I appreciated hot waffles, cereals, and hardboiled eggs in the morning. The room was a nice size with very big bed. Excellent location and overall the staff was very very helpful. I stayed here for a trip and would stay there again.

Parking situation is absurd with not enough spots available!!! Room placement in the basement feels like a punishment. Noise from sirens and traffic is unbearable as well!!!

For the short period of time we spent there, it was a great place! Breakfast was great and the comfort of the room was wonderful.

breakfast was good, beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, waitress was very friendly.

The girl who received us for the check in, was not at all kind, she realized that we had problems to understand the location of the hotel to the subway station that they were leaving us, and she did not do anything to help us, the saddest thing is that her appearance is totally Latin and she did not know how to speak Spanish, that is very unfortunate and more her lack of service attitude to help us, we know a little English but she did not try to speak slowly for us to understand her, very bad attitude, I also think they could improve in the friendliness of the drivers, they were not rude but there was no smile for us, always the ones who greeted and thanked were us and not them, they never spoke, I think smiling and greeting the guest makes a better experience when staying with you as they are the first thing we see the guests. Other than that, thank you very much.

Beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Highly recommend for couples

The staff really stood out to me, especially the front desk. They were professional and kind, even when we needed to store our luggage and arrange for a late shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was surprisingly good, had a nice variety including fresh pastries and great coffee. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning. A couple things, made it all worthwhile.

Central location and minutes from a subway station.

Shuttle service was invaluable. There when no we needed it!

Neighborhood left lots to be desired

The location was really convenient for visiting Astoria parks and other attractions. The room we had was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring restful nights for everyone. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options available each morning. The kids especially loved the waffles. The staff were friendly and attentive during our stay.

I asked for very quiet room and that's exactly what I got thank you Desk staff excellent Shuttle staff wonderful Super comfy bed and pillows !!
